2020年に直島に移住して以来、様々な島民や地元のデザイナーとコラボレーションをしながら「新しい直島の地図」を1年に1冊ずつ制作している。2023年で３種類ができた。毎回、サイズはA2で統一しながら、折り方や紙を変える。”アートの島”として観光の情報が溢れている直島で、島民と地元の歴史や習慣などを調査して、観光客も購入できれる出版物として地図を作る。《瀬戸内「 」資料館》や直島島内、直島周辺のエリアの書店にて取扱中。
Since I moved to Naoshima-island in 2020, every year I collaborate with various islanders and designers to create a “new map of Naoshima. Each time, while keeping the size consistent at A2, I changes the folding method and paper.” Naoshima is an “island of art” and is overflowing with tourist information, but I research the local history and customs with the islanders and make the map as a publication that tourists can also purchase.

直島に移住してきた女性たちが始めたInstagramアカウント「直島すっぽんぽん新聞」。彼女たちの活動を元に、さらに新しいメンバーや調査を加えて、「島の食事情」についてまとめた。
“Naoshima Supponpon Newspaper” was started by women who moved to Naoshima. Based on their activities on Instagram, and with the addition of new members and research, we have compiled a report on the “local food situation on Naoshima”.

『直島鍰風景地図／Naoshima Slag Landscape Map』
直島に残る「黒い煉瓦」の風景を調査し地図にまとめた。黒の正体は銅製錬から出る不純物「鍰」。見えてきたのは「アートの島」が持つ別の表情、銅の精錬で栄える直島。
Mapping the landscape of black bricks that crisscross the island of Naoshima. These black bricks – antique products formed out of industrial slag – offer a new perspective on the “Island of Art” that first prospered by smelting copper.
